All Soul Friend Readings, Well-Compass Consultations, Anamora Grove Courses and Events are final sale. 

You will only be entitled to a refund at our sole discretion or where we determine that we are unable to perform the services for any reason. You acknowledge that you do not obtain the right to a refund where you have changed your mind, or you insist on our services being performed in a way that is against our advice. 

Refunds in lieu of money (such as credit for other services) may be offered to you at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the Services, or reschedule them at a mutually convenient time, for any reason. If the Services have been cancelled by us and not rescheduled, we will refund the fees paid for the cancelled portion of the Services.

Under 48 hours should you need to cancel any part of our services for any reason, or you wish to reschedule the services, you acknowledge that you may be liable for an additional fee.

You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any breach of a third-party contract or any supplier contract to the services, including to the extent that this means the services may not proceed. 

Where a Force Majeure event necessitates that any part of our services be cancelled or postponed, you acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result. 

We collect information from you when you register on our Site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Willow is not a Fortune Teller

Willow will not give readings that are solely composed of prediction questions or future based questions. The intention behind her work is to help others with healing, guidance, and clarification through her intuitive gifts. It is when someone comes to the session really looking for guidance and help in their life that the readings are the most accurate and effective. 

Many times a person comes to a reading with the expectation that all of their questions will be answered. It is important for you to know that sometimes a question asked can't be answered. This could be because a clear reading can’t be made of the energy around the person, situation, or you're not meant to know the answer. Also, if you are looking to connect with a specific type of energy such as a certain guide, Willow will call on them to be present, however it is ultimately up to that energy to respond back and communicate. Sometimes a connection can’t be made. 

Willow has the utmost respect for another person’s privacy on a psychic level. Therefore when a question is asked about another person, she will first check in with their spirit and get permission before continuing. Sometimes access isn’t granted or only limited information is given or can be read.

Don’t ask a question you really don’t want the answer to.
This is important and something you must differentiate on your own.

Willow is not a licensed therapist/counselor/psychologist/health care professional and her work should not be substituted for that of a licensed professional. Many have experienced added benefits while experiencing Willow’s services in addition to more traditional therapies.

Energy work has been known to manifest emotional and physical symptoms in certain individuals and is something that can’t be predicted as it depends on the person and what was worked with energetically in the session. Most times this is a part of the healing process. To help with discomforts, Willow will send an integration protocol via email after all 1:1 work. 

Willow knows that to open yourself up and ask questions about your life and or receiving 1:1 work can emote a sense of vulnerability. Therefore everything that takes place during a session stays confidential unless required to disclose by law.

Willow reserves the right to refuse service to any person at any time . With the nature of this work, Willow must feel a resonance with a client just as a client must feel a resonance with Willow, so the work and healing can reach its highest potential. If this does happen, Willow will most likely offer a referral.
